Jessie-Lee (or JL as the team calls her), has been working in HubSpot Partner agencies since 2011. She's had the opportunity to work with big teams and small teams, she's led teams, and she's logged a lot of hours simply doing the work. Through it all, working with clients is the thing she enjoys the most. Bringing a client's brand to life and sharing their why, their passion and their way of helping their customers win through a website is what gets her out of bed each morning.
From the age of 12, she knew she wanted to be a designer, but it wasn't until working at her first HubSpot Agency she understood the power of design when combined with intentional copy and DATA from an analytics tool like HubSpot. From there, she was hooked on delivering a finely tuned user experience and has been obsessed with crafting the strategies around that experience ever since.

JL lives on the eastern shore of Maryland with her husband Jon and two girls, Palmer and Collins. They are all huge Orioles fans. When they aren't enjoying time spent at home on Kent Island, you can find them at their beach house on Ocracoke Island in North Carolina. All four of them will talk your ear off about their happy place and the journey it takes to get there. There is no better time spent in this world than on an unspoiled, wide-open beach!
