Frank is wired for building narratives. As the Strategy + Innovation Manager at Lone Fir Creative, a digital marketing agency, he spends most of his time observing the bigger picture for businesses and bringing all initiatives into alignment to form a true, cohesive, powerful story. He’s constantly exploring new ways to grow, bringing ideas to market, and peeking around the bend to see what’s next — anything that drives the company closer to its vision.

Most of the time Frank is trying to get people to play board games, Code Names or any card game usually. Other than that, you'll probably talk about local spots, running, working out, brands and business, cool products, latest books you're reading, and rehash fun stories.

Location + Go-To Spots

Frank lives in Nashville, TN. It’s such an incredible place for life to be lived; so communal and connected. Nashville proper is a melting pot and he loves it. As a born and raised New Yorker, Frank would say it has the culture of New York, just on a smaller scale. Crazy good food scene, though, Frank says they could use some more legit specialty coffee roasters (but shout out to Crema for leading the charge).

If it's #CortadoClock — he'll be at Crema, Barista Parlor, or Dose. There's too many other food + fun places to mention. For fitness and fun he's usually running through Shelby Park or training at Climb Nashville.
