Many people are asking, “Can AI really replace a human?” Some people say it will take our jobs, others say it will just make work easier. But the real question is how will it impact marketing and the customer experience?

“As AI develops, we’ll need to find ways to add humanity back into the customer journey,” she says.

This could be a personalized video, a gift card to a coffee shop or even just an email straight from you that shows there’s a human who cares working to solve their problem.
