Our entire team, including our leadership, is spread out all across the United States. We love getting to curate the right talent for our team regardless of where they live.

Just because we don’t work in the same building (or even the same state for that matter) doesn’t mean we put our culture on the back burner. In fact, it’s one of the areas we pride ourselves the most on. We hold Happy Hours twice a month, annual company retreats, and much more to build the close-knit group that the Lone Fir team has become.

All members of our team are given Health Benefits, paid time-off (tiered based on length of employment, 2-weeks base), a yearly tech stipend, a quarterly stipend for productivity, wellness, and continuous learning, and opportunity to grow fast and be a part of something from the ground up.

Our general practice is to be online from 8am-5pm in your timezone.
