Sales Operations Coordinator

Full-Time (Remote)

The Sales Coordinator works on the Revenue Team to outline scopes of work, create contracts, manage the client renewal process, works in the HubSpot ecosystem and supports the efforts of the Sales and Marketing Director.

You are a problem solver who can easily build virtual relationships with members on your team. You should be comfortable working in a start-up-like environment and have the ability to think and act independently. You are great at finding efficacities and being the nudge to push things across the finish line.


  • Work with the Revenue and Client Services team to build out website, brand/marketing strategy and tactics, and HubSpot support agreements
  • Create contracts using PandaDoc for the Sales and Marketing Director or send to leads directly
  • Manage the RFP response process
  • Manage the renewal process for the Client Services team by tracking when contracts are up for renewal, calculating the cost of deliverables, and creating contracts for Account Managers to share with the client
  • Research potential leads and makes recommendations for target accounts
  • Use HubSpot to manage lead lists and enroll leads into sales sequences or marketing workflows
  • This is not a sales or quota-carrying role, but there may be some client or prospect communication necessary

You’ll be a good fit if:

  • Must-Have Inbound Certification & Inbound Sales Certification prior to applying
  • 3-5 years of sales support experience
  • 2-3 years of experience working in an agency setting and/or in online marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience working in HubSpot Sales and/or Marketing Hubs
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns

This role is suited for someone who gets energy from working on a team but also is a driven individual contributor.

  • Knows their way around a spreadsheet and is a wiz with formulas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better
  • Naturally curious and passionate about all things marketing and sales
  • “One-speed” energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation


  • Proven success working remotely
  • Previous sales and/or project management experience
  • Comfort and familiarity in popular software including but not limited to: ClickUp, Slack, Google Apps, PandaDoc, and any other marketing and email automation software.
