The Business Development Representative is focused every day on the achievement of near-term sales goals and the ongoing pursuit of building a solid sales pipeline to help the company meet its overall growth goals.
Working remotely with a team of experienced industry leaders, you will use your online, phone, and contract writing skills to drive new business for the agency. You should be comfortable working in a remote environment and have the ability to think and act independently. You’ll be motivated to over-deliver by a results-driven incentive structure.
Base Pay + Commissions
Close hot opportunities and up-sell incoming opportunities
Reach out to qualify and convert leads, using e-mail, phone, web/video, demos, LinkedIn, etc.
Lead ABM initiatives for Lone Fir
Research, contact and set web-based video meetings with prospective leads
Work directly with the Director of Lone Fir Sales and Marketing in strengthening our lead management and sales offerings
Collaborates with Marketing Consultants on up-sell opportunities with existing clients
Interact with client success managers to fulfill the needs of clients and prospects
2-5 years of quota carrying experience with a consistent track record of success
Experience leading a consultative sales process
Experience using CRM tools to manage and forecast sales opportunities
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
Super comfortable on camera and willing to be “out there.”

Proven success working remotely
Experience using and/or selling HubSpot
Comfort and familiarity in popular software including but not limited to: Zoom, ClickUp, Parallax, Slack, Google Apps, and any other marketing and email automation software.
