POSITION OVERVIEW
The Business Development Representative is focused every day on the achievement of near-term sales goals and the ongoing pursuit of building a solid sales pipeline to help the company meet its overall growth goals.
Working remotely with a team of experienced industry leaders, you will use your online, phone, and contract writing skills to drive new business for the agency. You should be comfortable working in a remote environment and have the ability to think and act independently. You’ll be motivated to over-deliver by a results-driven incentive structure.
Base Pay + Commissions
DAY-TO-DAY:
- Close hot opportunities and up-sell incoming opportunities
- Reach out to qualify and convert leads, using e-mail, phone, web/video, demos, LinkedIn, etc.
- Lead ABM initiatives for Lone Fir
- Research, contact and set web-based video meetings with prospective leads
- Work directly with the Director of Lone Fir Sales and Marketing in strengthening our lead management and sales offerings
- Collaborates with Marketing Consultants on up-sell opportunities with existing clients
- Interact with client success managers to fulfill the needs of clients and prospects
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years of quota carrying experience with a consistent track record of success
- Experience leading a consultative sales process
- Experience using CRM tools to manage and forecast sales opportunities
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
- Super comfortable on camera and willing to be “out there.”

- Comfort and familiarity in popular software including but not limited to: Zoom, ClickUp, Parallax, Slack, Google Apps, and any other marketing and email automation software.
